Are your training sessions suitable for beginners in AI?

Yes, our AI training sessions are designed to be accessible regardless of your level, including if you are a complete beginner. To start using a generative AI solution (such as ChatGPT or Dust), all you need to do is type a question in everyday language into a text field. Therefore, these tools are accessible to everyone, and anyone can become an augmented worker !

It is common for companies to follow several training modules. For example, you might start with Module No. 1 (AI Discover), followed by Module No. 2 (AI Empower). In such cases, we offer a price reduction for the entire training journey.

I’m not sure which AI solution to choose for my company, can the training help me ?

Yes, if you are looking for an AI solution for your company but are unsure which tool to choose, then our Module No. 4 (AI Strategy) is specifically designed for this purpose. The goal is to give you the insights required to understand the various AI solutions on the market and make an informed decision.

Does your course cover Dust or ChatGPT ?

During the training, both solutions can be covered, depending on your needs. Prior to the training, certain people have sometimes briefly experimented with ChatGPT for their own purposes. It’s a relatively well-known tool, therefore we use it to introduce the topic of generative AI. So usually, we start with ChatGPT to illustrate basic use cases. Dust is used for handling multiple documents (e.g., analyzing a corpus of CVs), and scenarios that involve interaction between AI and enterprise data sources (such as Google Drive, Notion, Slack, etc). In all cases, our trainer will tailor the training according to your expectations. If you have already chosen a specific solution, the focus will be solely on that tool.

I need to use Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini: is your training program appropriate ?

Yes, because the main goal of our training programs is to teach you solid foundations in generative AI and best prompting practices (i.e., how to interact with AI systems): these skills will enable you to be comfortable using any generative AI solution. Moreover, all the use cases covered during the training sessions are specifically focused on text/data analysis and document manipulation (for example, summarizing a document, writing an email, translating text, generating a presentation, analyzing data, etc). These use cases are cross-functional and are thus useful regardless of the AI tool you will use.

Is your training suitable for mastering image and video generation ?

The short answer is no. In our courses, you will explore the potential of generative AI in creating images and videos, however, that is not the main objective of the training. Our training programs are designed for knowledge workers who aim to become augmented workers through AI. The use cases covered are mainly centered on generating and transforming text, data and documents. If you are in the design or graphic creation field, we can recommend training partners specifically suited for you.
